Perfluorinated oil (PFPE), colorless and transparent, composed of three elements of fluorine, carbon and oxygen, with a density of 1.6 g/cm3 to 2 g/cm3. It is safe, non-toxic, thermally stable, extremely high temperature resistant, non-flammable, chemically stable, and excellent lubricity.
